Amgen Legacy Program Announcement: New Pharmacy

If you participate in the Amgen Neupogen Program through KnippeRx/Amgen, please note that the supplying pharmacy has changed from KnippeRx to TheraCom.

To avoid any interruption in receiving medication, please have your prescribing provider fax future prescriptions to TheraCom:

  • Fax: 1-833-417-3289

  • Phone: 1-877-654-7810

    • Press 4 for Amgen products

  • Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST

Please note: TheraCom requests that prescriptions be sent by fax.

It may take up to 3 business days after the prescription is sent for TheraCom to process it in their system.

Please ask your prescribing provider to include:

  • Patient name

  • Date of birth

  • mcg per dose

  • Dosing schedule

  • 90-day supply, with refills if appropriate

  • Provider name

  • NPI

  • Amgen Neupogen Program
